Agent Priority Department Assignment allows SPV to prioritize agents receiving chat distribution based on routing from the relevant department.
Agent Priority only works with Random Assignment and Round Distribution Assignment chat rules. The system automatically distributes chat to agents whose priority has been set to Max Handled Chat.
Pending
On the Pending page, you will see a list of people you have invited to Dashboard Interaction. In addition, this page displays several people waiting for further confirmation regarding the invitations you sent.
