On Ticket Detail & Assign to Me

In the Activity column, you can see detailed ticket information, including customer information and ticket activity. You can also add comments related to tickets in the Comments column.
You can assign tickets to agents in the relevant department by pressing the "Assign to" button and selecting an agent to handle the ticket you created.
Alternatively, you can assign a ticket to yourself by pressing the "Assign to" button and selecting "Assign to Me."
