# Create Ticket

To create a ticket, go to the Ticket Menu and click the Create Ticket button at the top right.

To create a new ticket, follow these steps:

* Fill in the ticket title
* Select the name of the customer concerned on the ticket
* Complete the ticket category to make it easier for agents to work according to their specialization

If the ticket is successfully created, an image like this will appear.
