The History log in the Observe menu shows the Agent's completed sessions. These sessions include actions like the Agent's login information, going away, and logging out.
Agent State Activity
Online: The agent is logged into Dashboard Interaction and has enabled or turned on the chat toggle.
Offline: The agent has logged out of Dashboard Interaction.
Away: The agent is logged into Dashboard Interaction but has disabled or not activated the chat toggle.
