Log History

The History log in the Observe menu shows the Agent's completed sessions. These sessions include actions like the Agent's login information, going away, and logging out.

Agent State Activity

  • Online: The agent is logged into Dashboard Interaction and has enabled or turned on the chat toggle.

  • Offline: The agent has logged out of Dashboard Interaction.

  • Away: The agent is logged into Dashboard Interaction but has disabled or not activated the chat toggle.
