This platform is supported by various frequently-used communication channels, including Email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp, enabling you to connect all these channels within one inbox.
To access the OCA Interaction, go to the Dashboard Interaction page. Then, enter the email and password you previously registered, as shown in the image below:
