Create Surveys

This page allows you to customize the format and content of your survey. In addition, you can preview your survey on the right side of the page to see how it will look.

Limit the Survey sets the validity period for the survey link that your customers will use. Customers who click the link after the specified time will be directed to an expired page.

The title is the title of your survey page.

The description is the content of your survey page.

Preview Survey displays the CSAT Score, which can be set by the SPV based on the rating score. By default, the options are: Very Dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, and Very Satisfied.

To add additional questions, click the "Additional Question" toggle button.

Next, customize your survey questions by choosing one of four question types: Single Line, Paragraph, Multiple Choice, and Linear Scale.

After customizing your survey, save your changes by clicking the "Save" button in the upper right corner, and activate the survey by toggling "Survey Active."
