This page allows you to create a department responsible for assigning people to your designated location. To create a new department, click the "Create Department" button.
Typically, the system will create a default main department before you make any new departments. All invited agents will initially be placed in the main department. If you want to assign an agent to a different department, they will automatically be removed from the main department. Agents can also be assigned to more than one department. If an agent is removed from a department, they will revert to the main department.
Once you click the "Create Department" button, you will be taken to a page where you can enter the name and description of the new team/department. After filling in the required information, you can proceed to the next stage by clicking the "Next" button.
After naming and describing the department, you must select the members who will participate. Once you have selected the relevant people, you can save your choices by clicking the "Save" button.
