Comment Integration for Facebook

In addition to integrating channels in the Direct Message section, you can also integrate channels for comments. For example, Facebook comments can be integrated into OCA Interaction.

To do this, you can add your account directly to the Facebook Comment channel for integration. A Facebook Comment Integration Setup pop-up will appear, and you can immediately press the "Continue with Facebook Messenger" button.

Next, you can follow the same integration steps as you did for the previous Facebook Messenger channel.
