This page includes five charts: Agent, Email, Status, Device, and Chat Handled. The Agent chart displays the names of agents from your team, while the Email chart displays the email addresses used by those agents. The Status chart indicates whether each agent is currently online or offline. The Device chart shows the agents' logins using a desktop device, and the Handling chart displays the number of chats each agent serves.
You can also track the agents who are interacting with your customers.
