The Broadcast Scheduler feature helps you set up routine broadcasts that need to be sent daily, weekly, monthly, or even annually, or at specific times.
To start creating a broadcast scheduler, click Add WhatsApp Broadcast on the Broadcast Scheduler page under the WhatsApp menu.
You will be directed to the Add WhatsApp Broadcast page to enter details for the broadcast. Start by entering the broadcast name in the Broadcast Name field.
In the Recipient field, select the contact group to which you will send the broadcast message.
The Message field will automatically fill with the content from the WhatsApp message template you selected in the Template Name field.
On the Broadcast Schedule section, start by selecting the broadcast date in the Select Date selection.
Click Add Broadcast Time to select your WhatsApp broadcast time. Then, select your broadcast's Start Time and End Time.
Before scheduling a WhatsApp Broadcast, make sure you are aware of the following:
WhatsApp Broadcasts can only be scheduled between 07:00 and 21:00 WIB.
Scheduling must be done at least 1 hour before the broadcast time.
The minimum duration for a broadcast is 1 hour.
To schedule a recurring broadcast, activate the Repeating Broadcast button. Select the repetition frequency, whether daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or customized as needed.
Set the interval for the repetition in the Repeat Every section. You can also set the end time for the repetition in End Repetition; select After if you want to end the repetition after a certain number of broadcasts, or select By Date to end the repetition on a specific date.
You can also configure scenarios for the recurring broadcast, such as repeating only when the broadcast status is Failed.
Once you have set up the WhatsApp broadcast schedule, click Schedule Broadcast in the top right corner of the page.
Review the information related to your broadcast schedule in the pop-up window and click Start Broadcast to begin scheduling.
