Creating Scheduled IVR Broadcast

Broadcast Scheduler can be used when you want to schedule an automated broadcast at specific or even repetitive times.
On the Broadcast Scheduler page, click Add Voice Broadcast to start scheduling a voice call broadcast.
Enter the Broadcast Name and select the Application (IVR/Survey) you want to use.
Then, select the contact you want to reach from the dropdown menu in the Contacts column.
On the Schedule section, select the broadcast time in the Select Date field and set the end time of the broadcast in the Set Daily Max Operation Time field. Then, click the Add Time button to set the starting time of the running call.
Select Daily Max Operation Time in the Select Ended Time Type field if you only have one delivery time range in a day.
Otherwise, select Specific Time if there are multiple iteration time ranges in one day.
You can also activate the Repeat button if the schedule is to be repeated regularly.
You can also create a scenario for repeated broadcast; for example, repetition will only be performed when the broadcast status is Failed.
Then, click Start Broadcast.
Review your scheduled broadcast and click Submit to schedule the broadcast.
