# Viewing IVR Survey Report & Usage

## IVR Survey Report

On the **IVR Survey Report** page, you can find data from each IVR broadcast conducted.

Select the desired broadcast, specify the date range for the report you want to download, and click **Find**.

Click **Get** to download the report from the selected IVR broadcast.

## Call Report & Usage <a href="#ivr-usage" id="ivr-usage"></a>

To view the number of calls made on specific dates, go to the **Call Usage** submenu.

The system will automatically calculate the number of IVR calls that were Answered, RNA (Ringing Not Answered), or Failed. You can download this data in .xlsx format using the **Export** button in the top right corner.
