WhatsApp Broadcast

To perform a WhatsApp Broadcast, you must create a WhatsApp Message Template. To do so, navigate the WhatsApp section and click "Template".

On the WhatsApp Template page, you will see several options, such as "Select Date", "Status", and the search feature "Search here". In addition, if you have previously done a WhatsApp Broadcast, you will find information about the templates you have used.
