Viewing WhatsApp Broadcast Usage

To view usage on specific dates for all campaigns, regardless of type, select the "WhatsApp Usage" option. The system automatically calculates the number of delivered, queued or failed messages. To download the data in .xlsx format, click on the export button in the screen's top right corner.
