Viewing WhatsApp Sessions Report

The Session Report page displays a visualization of each report, indicating how many sessions have been made from each WhatsApp Business API connected to the OCA Dashboard Blast.

Related Detailed Definitions

Conversation: The total number of Business Initiated and Customer Initiated statistics.

Business Initiated: The total number of business sessions triggered by push notifications.

Customer Initiated: The total number of sessions that the customer triggers.

To obtain more detailed visualizations, apply dates to search for session reports that align with your requirements. For example, you can search by Custom Range, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last Year.

Additionally, you may export the desired data by clicking the "Export" button on the Sessions Report page.
