To create a new SMS broadcast, click Add SMS Broadcast at the top right of the Broadcast page.

Ensure you have created at least one group contact before start a SMS broadcast.

Enter the name of the SMS broadcast in the Broadcast Name field and select the contact group that will receive the broadcast in the Contact field.

Then, choose the message template from the Template field, and the Message field will automatically fill with the content from the selected template. You cannot edit the message in the Message field.

Click Start Broadcast to initiate the broadcast.

You can monitor the broadcast status by selecting the Report button with the eye icon on the right side of each row in the campaign list. To make it easier to track broadcasts with specific statuses, you can use the Status filter, which includes options for All, Preparation, Processing, Failed, Finish, and Terminated. You can also use the Date Picker to search for campaigns on specific dates or use the search bar to find campaigns by name.

Here is an example of how the report looks. It has calculations for each broadcast report, like the number of Delivered, In Queue and Failed. You can download the report results in an Excel file using the Download Report by Filter button at the top right.
