Creating Broadcast Email

Before performing an Email Broadcast, ensure that you have created a contact group to which you will send the broadcast and have entered the email addresses of each group member by going to the Contacts menu. Then, click on one of the contact groups you wish to view.
Click the three-dot icon next to the customer’s name and select Edit.
Click Add Additional Field.
Select Email and enter the customer's email.
If you have correctly filled in the Additional Information with the customer's email address, click Save Contact.
You can also verify the accuracy of the email addresses in the contact group through the Validation menu.
If the contact group members have complete information, you can create an Email Broadcast by returning to the Broadcast submenu under the Email menu. Then, click Add Email Broadcast.
Enter the Broadcast Name, Sender Email, Sender Name, and Subject fields. Select the appropriate Contacts and Template. Then, attach a document with a maximum size of 10 MB by clicking the Attach Files button.
Once you're sure everything is correctly filled out, click Save.
