Creating a Scheduled SMS Broadcast

The Broadcast Scheduler will help you to schedule a recurring broadcast, be it daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. You can schedule broadcasts for certain times as well.

To begin using the broadcast scheduler, click the Add SMS Broadcast Scheduler at the top right corner.

Start by entering your broadcast name in the Broadcast Name field. Select one of your contact groups in the Contact field and select the message template to be used in the Template field. The Message field will automatically be filled with the content from the selected template, and you cannot edit the message in the Message field.

On the Schedule section, select the broadcast time in the Select Date field and set the end time of the broadcast in the Set Daily Max Operation Time field. Then, click the Add Time button to set the starting time of the running call.

Select Daily Max Operation Time in the Select Ended Time Type field if you only have one iteration time in a day.

Otherwise, select Specific Time if there are multiple iteration time ranges in one day.

To perform a repeated broadcast, click the Repeat toggle button and set the repetition frequency as well as the end date for the repeated broadcast. You can also create a scenario for repeated broadcast; for example, repetition will only be performed when the broadcast status is Failed.

Click Start Broadcast on the top right of the page after you complete the time of the broadcast schedule. You can review your broadcast on the pop-up window that will show up on your screen.
