Viewing IVR Survey Report & Usage

On the IVR Survey Report page, you can find data from each IVR broadcast conducted.
Select the desired broadcast, specify the date range for the report you want to download, and click Find.
Click Get to download the report from the selected IVR broadcast.
To view the number of calls made on specific dates, go to the Call Usage submenu.
The system will automatically calculate the number of IVR calls that were Answered, RNA (Ringing Not Answered), or Failed. You can download this data in .xlsx format using the Export button in the top right corner.
