Failed / Rejected Message Reason
Anda dapat melihat setiap status dari seluruh pesan broadcast yang telah dikirimkan ke masing-masing pelanggan melalui halaman Broadcast Report dari tiap channel, mulai dari pesan dengan status diproses hingga terkirim ataupun gagal dikirim.
Untuk pesan dengan status Failed atau gagal terkirim, arahkan kursor ke ikon informasi di sebelah statu untuk melihat alasan gagal pengiriman pesan.

Detail dari kegagalan pengiriman dapat dilihat dengan mengunduh keseluruhan laporan broadcast dengan menglik Download Report by Filter.
