First Registration

On the Purchase & Payment page, you'll see three columns: License, Top-up, and Payment.

First Registration Formulation

Let's say you want to sign up for OCA Indonesia for four months, use the OCA Blast and OCA Interaction products, and have two members who will become agents in OCA Interaction. To do this, you must purchase the OCA Blast license for 999k/month and the OCA Interaction license for 250k/month, while the cost for members is 99k/member/month.

Based on this simulation, you must pay IDR 6,492,000 to enjoy these products and services.

To break down the cost, here's the calculation: License Period = 4 months

Product License: OCA Blast = Period x License Product Price = 4 x 999,000 = 3,996,000 OCA Interaction = Period x License Product Price = 4 x 250,000 = 1,000,000

License User = Period x Amount License User x License User Unit Price = 4 x 3 x 99,000 = 1,188,000

Total calculation = (Subtotal (User License + Product + Top Up and Add Ons) - Voucher Discount) + 11% Tax. = ((3,996,000 + 1,000,000 + 1,188,000) + 11% sub-total) = 6,184,000 + 680,240 = 6,864,240

*Please note that this calculation does not include payment admin fees.

The License Column includes purchases related to licenses. You can indicate the duration of the license period and the number of users, followed by the specific license product.

The following column is for Top-up, where you can specify your requirements for OCA Blast products and adjust them according to your blasting needs.

The "Payment" column includes the "Billing Address" and "Payment" sections. In the "Billing Address" section, you can enter the address for billing purposes. In the "Payment" section, you can select the type of payment you wish to use based on your customized needs in the "License" and "Top-up" columns.

In addition, the License column will display the number of bills you have customized and the Top-ups & Add Ons, which will be summarized on the Summary tab. This will allow you to view the total amount of your bill and the items you need to purchase.

Afterward, you will be presented with the payment details. You can proceed by clicking the Confirm Order button if you have reviewed and confirmed the details.

Once you reach the payment page, you will be able to view the status of your payment and all relevant payment information.

If you have already made a payment, the page will notify you automatically that your payment was successful.

Upgrade Subscription

On the Purchase & Payment page, you'll see three columns: License, Top-up, and Payment.

Subscription Upgrade Formulation

Users are allowed to add licenses to their ongoing subscriptions. However, the payment amount will be determined based on the remaining active subscription period.

For instance, if a user has a license period of 5 months and decides to purchase the OCA Blast product, which costs 999,000, the total number of days in those 5 months is 150 days. If the subscription has 10 days remaining, the calculation is as follows: the product price (999,000) multiplied by 5 months, divided by 150 days and multiplied by 10 days. This will give the daily price of 3,000, which should be multiplied by the remaining active period (10 days).

*It is important to note that the above calculation does not include any payment admin fees.

If you upgrade a subscription during an ongoing period, you cannot decrease the license period, license user, or license product.

The following column is for Top-up, where you can specify your requirements for OCA Blast products and adjust them according to your blasting needs.

  • If the user's license has expired by more than 7 days (h-7), then the Upgrade Subscription option will not be available. Instead, you will be directed to renew the subscription.

  • The price calculation for Upgrade Subscriptions depends on the remaining active period of the License User.
