# View and Save Shared Contact from WhatsApp

Dalam percakapan WhatsApp, pelanggan Anda dapat mengirimkan informasi kontak WhatsApp yang dapat dihubungi untuk berinteraksi lebih lanjut. Informasi kontak tersebut biasanya dikirimkan dalam tipe chat *Contact*.

Klik **Add Contact** untuk menambahkan kontak yang dikirim ke daftar kontak di dalam Dashboard Interaction tim Anda.

Lengkapi informasi lainnya sesuai kebutuhan Anda pada jendela yang muncul di kanan halaman dan klik **Save** untuk menyimpan kontak.

Kontak berhasil tersimpan di daftar kontak Anda.

Jika Anda ingin memperbarui informasi pada kontak tersebut, klik **Contact Info**.

Perbarui informasi kontak sesuai kebutuhan Anda pada jendela yang muncul di sisi kanan halaman. Untuk menambahkan detail kontak pada channel komunikasi lainnya, klik **New Channel**.

Klik **Save Changes** untuk menyimpan perubahan.
