# Auto Save as Draft

Pada kolom chat, jika obrolan chat tidak sengaja tertutup dalam keadaan Agent masih membalas obrolan dengan user, obrolan itu tidak seutuhnya hilang, melainkan akan tersimpan secara otomatis.
