Introduction to OCA Blast

OCA Blast is OCA Indonesia's product that helps you to send multiple messages to multiple users at once. With OCA Blast, you will get:

  • Blasting services that can be connected to any channel your customers want to interact with, including SMS, IVR, email, and WhatsApp.

  • Push notifications services can notify your customers about informations related to your services or products.

  • An automated voicemail service, or IVR, allows you to interact with customers using the voice-based channel, without the need to have Live Agents.

  • A One-Time-Password (OTP) service to protect customer data when they are making a transaction, activating or deleting an account, or even changing their password.

  • OCA WhatsApp API to might increase your business' credibility as well as your customer trust.
