# Melihat Laporan Sesi WhatsApp Broadcast

Pada laman Session Report, Anda dapat melihat visualisasi dari setiap laporan, tentang seberapa banyak *session* yang sudah dibuat, dari setiap *WhatsApp Business API,* yang sudah terhubung di Dashboard OCA Blast.

Terdapat 3 (tiga) status pengiriman broadcast WhatsApp yang ditampilkan pada halaman Session Report, di antaranya adalah:

* **WhatsApp Marketing**: Total broadcast terkirim menggunakan kuota  broadcast Marketing.
* **WhatsApp Utility**: Total broadcast terkirim menggunakan kuota  broadcast Utility.
* **WhatsApp Utility Free**: Total broadcast terkirim gratis atau tidak mengurangi kuota broadcast Utility karena pesan dikirim dalam sesi customer service aktif.

Pilih periode dari waktu pengiriman broadcast yang dibutuhkan. Anda dapat melihat berdasarkan pengiriman pada hari tersebut, hari sebelumnya, 7 hari terakhir, 30 hari terakhir, atau pilih Custom Range untuk memilih periode yang diinginkan. Klik **Apply**.&#x20;

Klik **Export** untuk memproses data dari Session Report tanggal terpilih menjadi dokumen yang dapa disimpan pada perangkat Anda dalam format .xlsx.&#x20;

Data akan diproses untuk dapat didownload dan disimpan ke perangkat Anda.

Dokumen yang selesai diproses dan siap didownload akan muncul pada Notification Center. Klik **Download File** untuk menyimpan data.
